Resumen
The present degree work gives account of a the reflection the incidence of the profile of teachers in the Cardenal Aníbal Muñoz Duque institution, the voice of the differents actors was evident in this investigative process (students, parents and teachers). This research allows theoretical references of authors from the perspectives of human development and social transformation; it is that give strength and fill it with meaning for the achievement of the proposed objectives. In the four chapters addressed, reference is made to the different factors associated with the profile of teachers, the involvement in human development and social transformation that with a hermeneutical approach allows interpreting and understanding realities about the subject. Likewise, in the present work of degree, the foundation of the results as categories, tendencies, live texts and textual citations, finally to be approached as conclusions; if it affects the education and the formative process of the students and others factors of the scholastic and sociocultural dynamics that the Cardenal Aníbal Muñoz Duque educational institution.
