A Balance SC or command box, allows to the companies, both private and public, output an organizational situations, where the primary axis platform constituted as: Vision, Mission and Objectives are measurable and in turn, from self-evaluation in adversarial processes of the route that has been built for it. The tradition shows that the results always been measured from a single perspective, has been financial, which is usually built with accounting reports. For this moment, guided by the wise concepts provided by Kaplan and Norton opens the range of the study of the organizations and for this case of a State Social Company, the San Juan de Dios Hospital, which meet the standards of the Country, has gone for about six years to work the Mandatory Quality Assurance. The present work aims to show a simple and practical proposal of a balance SC or command box, where the classes of the same public hospital, from a diagnostic product of a view from inside, contribution to the self-evaluation processes, appropriating of the results obtained. The text is a clear approach to the implementation of a tool often used in the private sector, but from a concrete analysis, led to a diagnosis, can make a proposal for integrated management of prospects to be evaluated to apply later in an improvement plan.
