The research project: Teachers' Perspectives on Tutoring Tutor's "Stay with Quality Program at the University of Medellin," to analyze reflectively how you are conducting tutorials practices in this program and the derivations of the same educational experiences of undergraduate tutorials. This in order that such program, qualifying getting better and can continue to enjoy the recognition that gives the same university, as well as the Ministry of Education. The prior knowledge about dropout problems currently experienced by universities in the country and particularly the University of Medellin, has focused attention on the group of teachers assigned to the Program "Stay with Quality at the University of Medellin," in order to those who are its members through surveys, interviews and focus groups, provide the information necessary for analysis in a time not exceeding two academic periods. There, work will be performed this research field, which is expected to shed sufficient elements to assess in an argument, the results obtained. As has been exposing, the purpose of this study is to share these experiences with other tutorial programs that are developed in Colombian universities to meet the high student dropout rates that have been presented, and to interpret critical pedagogy.
