Este artículo tiene como finalidad argumentar que la Corte Constitucional ha incorporado el enfoque de género en su jurisprudencia para garantizar los derechos de las mujeres víctimas del conflicto armado y este reconocimiento comienza a sentar las bases para la construcción de la paz, en la medida en que el derecho comienza a adaptarse desde el posconflicto.
The purpose of this article is to argue that the Constitutional Court has incorporated the gender approach in its jurisprudence in order to assure rights of women who have been victims of the armed conflict and this acknowledgement starts providing basis for the construction of peace, since law begins to adapt itself from the post-conflict.
