The competence approach introduced to the management of human talent is a form of productive management of human talent, this requires that the model implemented in each company finds adapted to the philosophy, values, goals, challenges and strategy of the company and thus evidence for each organization own results. This paper presents a methodology for the design of a system of competition for talent management in an organization by structuring phase, design, implementation and maintenance, responding to a management model effective, relevant skills and adjusted to the needs of each company, through which you can diagnose, evaluate, compare, manage and nurture talent of each company. The critical elements are in the design phase, namely: identification, definition and validation of skills, these must conform to organizational needs, they traverse and guide the scope of those managing processes within the company. The management model proposed will provide the human and organizational development needed to address the business strategy; growth that will be reflected in productivity and competitiveness; likewise, will enable a vision of "management of human talent" as a transversal process throughout the organization, given that its management involves the management team, bosses, leaders of processes and all employees of the company, in order that all members of the company are aware, and ownership model.
