We implemented an adequate guide for temporary joints and Consortiums, this guide was born of the existing theory and the work experience of the students, and that through the same gaps were evident in terms of this form of business collaboration. Carrying out the studies about the subject of this work, was could know that actually these arrangements are often implement, because now is easily create and liquidate for implement a specific project that benefit every part, optimizing the resources that everyone have, the cost distributions and the responsibility in the risk implicit in the develop of the agreement for both. This option will become in a excellent opportunity of business model, and even more is evidenced by the work of grade the weaknesses that exist in the midst in the management of these association shapes. Therefore, was the main reason that gave strength to raise in this project the proper handling of them.
