The present research paper has to do with the recognition of the achievements at Instituto Tecnológico Metropolitano regarding its quality levels validity: In the accreditation system, a 100 percent of its programs are recognized for their high quality. In the system of the public quality, its processes are certified by ICONTEC under the standard NTCGP1000:2009; its model of Internal Control adopted under the standard model for the Colombian State in the MECI000:2005 is validated with high quality by the office of the General Controller of Medellin. This has mainly been reached at high costs because of the dismantling of the leadership in different areas. In this context this document presents the final report of the research paper focused on the purpose of identifying the model for the articulation of the management systems and the improvement of the quality, referred to the accreditation of high quality, management of the public quality, and ratification of his system of internal control. The work deals with a general context integrated by precedents, justification, theoretical framework and methodology; in the same way, it is expressed an analysis of results which is specified in a model and in a legal for its practical performance. In accordance with the research paper, this proposal fits to the current needs and its approval depends on the will of the new administration at ITM. It is in fact our desire its becoming reality due to the benefits previously mentioned.
