Esta investigación, se desarrolla en la Institución Educativa Agroecológica San Rafael El Dos, ubicada en el municipio de Unión Panamericana (Chocó). Tiene como propósito fortalecer las relaciones interpersonales de los estudiantes del grado 6°A mediante la implementación de rondas y juegos tradicionales afrochocoanos. Se ha observado un deterioro en la convivencia escolar, que se ve en comportamientos de irrespeto, apatía y escasa colaboración entre los estudiantes, unidos a factores como la desintegración familiar, el entorno socioeconómico y la falta de estrategias pedagógicas basadas en prácticas culturales. El enfoque que se adoptó es cualitativo y la investigación es aplicada, se propone una intervención lúdica basada en prácticas culturales afrochocoanas para fomentar la empatía, el respeto, la solidaridad y la cooperación. El estudio demuestra cómo estas dinámicas, arraigadas en la etnoeducación y la educación intercultural, promueven habilidades socioemocionales y fortalecen el sentido de pertenencia y mejoran significativamente el clima escolar.
This research was conducted at the San Rafael El Dos Agroecological Educational Institution, located in the municipality of Unión Panamericana (Chocó). Its purpose was to strengthen the interpersonal relationships of 6th grade students through the implementation of traditional Afro-Chocó games and rounds. A deterioration in school coexistence has been observed, reflected in disrespectful behavior, apathy, and poor collaboration among students, combined with factors such as family disintegration, the socioeconomic environment, and a lack of pedagogical strategies based on cultural practices. The approach adopted is qualitative and applied research. A playful intervention based on Afro-Chocó cultural practices is proposed to foster empathy, respect, solidarity, and cooperation. The study demonstrates how these dynamics, rooted in ethno-education and intercultural education, promote socio-emotional skills, strengthen a sense of belonging, and significantly improve the school climate.
